“I have been working with individual’s,  couples and families for 40 years and bring a broad range of guidance, tools and support to my clients. I have been blessed to be with Mystics By Sea for the last five years, met and worked with many clients who have written reviews acknowledging their success. As a clinical hypnotherapist, empowerment coach, and energy medicine teacher, what makes me unique is zeroing in with my clients to determine what is best to help them achieve their short and or long-term goals. I seek individuals who want to learn the importance of knowing themselves beyond their physical body – their mental, emotional, and spiritual selves – the mental part learning to see the impact of negative thinking and how to take responsibility for thoughts, the emotional part learning the normalcy of expressing rather than repressing emotions and the spiritual part, of course, strengthening ones connection to God, the universe or whatever one believes as it is such an integral part of everyone’s healing journey. Additionally, with some of my interested clients, I introduce them to understanding the senses they have beyond the five physical and how to identify and/or develop these senses to further support achieving goals.
